On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

I loved it because they've been around a long time and the food was still good. The food, though a lot of classic dishes, needs to be updated. The rice was awful and looked like it was really retro. It wasn't flavored well and looked like it had been cooked in the 80s. No majored recipes need changed all around, just a few updates tweeks. Definitely look at your rice. It's bland, ugly and old looking😊

Borderline good I come here at least a few times a year. The food is good for the value. There are always promotions through there websight or app. The restaurant is usually clean and organized. The customer service sometimes is a hit or miss. We had a lovely dining experience here, several weeks ago. The service was exceptional. I wish I could remember the waitress’s name and the gentleman that was in training with her. They both made our whole day! The food was good! The free chips and salsa were delicious! We had the steak (ranchiladas) and it was cooked perfectly. We also had the combo with the taco, enchilada and flauta. The beans were a little salty and soupy but the rice was cooked perfectly. The kids menu had a good variety of options. We had the quesadilla, corn dog, and chicken fingers. The fry portions were large. The 4 stars is for the exceptional service! The missing star is because the bathrooms were filthy and it took a minute to shake off that yucky bathroom feeling before sitting back down. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Chicken Fajitas Chicken Quesadilla, Chicken Tortilla Soup and Beef Empanadas All these dish’s were amazing. Pipping hot, fresh and presentation was perfect. Chips and Salsa were a hit! Great atmosphere and very welcoming. Prices are reasonable but I do feel like the chicken on the chicken fajitas could be a little more and maybe a little more chunkier. The chicken was a little to thin and there wasn’t much but there was a lot of peppers and onions.

This restaurant has the best frozen margaritas. Food super good, I ordered birria tacos came with beens I skipped the rice got little lettuce instead and caldito. The other person got taco salad. I liked this presentation better than the tortilla shel. It was delicious. Service was very good, this a very busy restaurant. The patio is nice tvs and no so loud. Price very decent. Food portions,, you see the pictures. You can sign up for the point rewards. 💯 Recommended.

This place Rocks!!! Service is Amazing.Huge outdoor seating. All T.Vs placed so you can watch from any angle. The food menu is extremely easy to read. Prices are a little below average, so you can order a lot. Big chips and salsa brought to table as you sit. Plate are full when they arrive. Taste is great. Drinks on menu a tad limited. However, they have the main ones you would want anyways. Very nicely priced as well. Highly recommended. Very solid hours. They are constantly cleaning as well.
