Starbucks

This Starbucks is the best we've been to. All the baristas are friendly and professional. Never once had my order made incorrectly. Anytime we are in the area and in the mood for Starbucks we go out of our way to go to this one even though it's in target. There is one barista in particular, I didn't get their name, who is such a sweetheart. They have adorable pink hair and their eyeliner makes me envious. They were very patient and kind when my shy daughter was ordering and took extra care to talk to her about her stuffy. That made Emma feel very special. So Emma wants you to know that the strawberry frap you made is the best one her and Gwen (the penguin) ever had.

Easily the most consistent location in the zip code, especially impressive considering the unbelievable traffic they seem to receive on a daily basis. Have ordered enough food to feed a developing country over the past year and not one item has been overcooked/undercooked and usually arrives several minutes before the app predicts the order to be completed. Also the most genuine and caring staff you'll find. Received the most heartfelt service from Ocean and Jackson one night a couple months back and am ever grateful for their kindness. -mikey

I absolutely love Starbucks 😍 thank you all for working so hard to get everyone order correct through the drive thru. I know this location is super busy and the parking lot wasn't designed by y'all..lol..but I know everyone has good days and bad days..I know sometimes you may be short staffed due to someone calling out, but every job or restaurant has these issues. I've seen and heard about some pretty rude customers. I know you want you drink and you want it done right but let's all try to show kindness to everyone. Yes the lines are long and slow sometimes but like I said you don't know what's going on inside the building. If you're in a rush get there sooner or don't stop at all!! Just had to share that. Enjoy your coffee friends where ever you get ut from!!

The staff is always friendly but service can be slow sometimes. I don't think this necessarily have anything to do with the staff ability to make drinks within a reasonable time but how many staff are scheduled to work on a particular shift. If service is slow, I would take a peek inside to see what's happening and they're all busy, which leads me to believe it's the scheduling that can be improved on.

I had an interesting relationship with this starbucks, I used to avoid it for years because they just seemed slower than everywhere else and the baristas weren't that friendly (but they weren't outright rude or anything either). Their service was just enough to tip the scales and have me go to the 3 other starbucks in the area (albeit inside grocery stores). It had been a long while since I had come here so I figured I'd give this Starbucks another shot, and I'm really glad I did! The Baristas they have working here now are very friendly, their drink quality is excellent and the service is much faster than my previous years experience here. I've been here a few times this year during different times, and consistently they seem to have great service! I'll be heading to this Starbucks now when I'm in desperate need of some caffeine ^^

I have NEVER left anything less than a 5 star review at a Starbuck's before but today my experience was just not all that! I ordered an iced venti peppermint mocha americano with light cream. It tastes terrible! Definitely not what I'm used to. I ordered drive through so taking the drink back wasn't an option today. The employees were definitely not friendly either. I trust my review will be 5 stars at this store next time. 😉
