We visited this location while we were in Peoria, Illinois visiting relatives and learned that they were out of white meat?
Which was cool with me as I love thighs. Returned there later that same evening because my brother in law wanted me to bring him something back to Champaign and found out that they were out of chicken completely. While speaking to other local customers we learned that it’s like that here every Tuesday evening allegedly because they have their Tuesday special and no employees want to cook. We love Churches Chicken but not this particular location.

We don't have one in our area so this was an Oasis in the middle of a desert. Everything was on point!!! Thank you for a GREAT Experience.

The condition of the foundation might not be in tip top shape but the employees do their best to keep business here and I'm so happy considering I looove that Church's chicken. I'm even more grateful because I live an hour and 1/2 away and anytime I'm in town I'm so happy they're open and all the more satisfied with the food.

Love their honey butter biscuits! Now they made them even better by adding icing to them also. I have only had a problem with an order here 1x out of many. And that time the store has quite a few people waiting for their orders so i ended up with someone else's order( unfortunately im not a big fan of dark meat chicken on the bone even) The staff is always so polite and quick to get my food done.

Open location in Decatur IL! Popeyes closed down and KFC getting shut down by health department almost every visit. The little chk spots around town trash 98% of the time..We need a chicken place!!! But this location in peoria always worth a stop and always serving good chk

The lobby was full when I walked in. The manager on duty, was in the middle of removing a female, who had come in, just to attack another female who was waiting for her food. There were only 2 other people besides her working. The young man, working the cash register, acted like it was his first shift. All things considered, the shift manager did a wonderful job.

Chicken is good most time but you definitely better make sure its fresh so that it's hot. I love their mashed potatoes and gravy but I really don't like potatoes. Tuesday is the worse day because if the 2 piece deal and usually very crowded but does depend what time you go.

It was a wait of 25 minutes. The crew seemed to be in rebellion mode, disappeared to rear. A bright light of customer service came from Devonna who kept us patiently waiting while she was doing it all but cooking chicken. Food was delicious in the end.

Very friendly people, customer service can't be any better as I was waiting for my order to be prepared I watch some of the customers not to plight to the employees they smiled and took care of their needs without any complaints they deal with it quite an assortment of rude people but the employees just smiled and kept a great job the manager or owner was very polite to talk to and even gave me a bonus to try something new I can't say how great that they were I will definitely be stopping by again great job

Orders are always fresh and correct. Staff is very attentive if u need assistance. A special shout out to Ms. Phyllis here for making this place very warm and inviting. Is worth taking a few extra minutes to travel here for fast food chicken.
