Monical's Pizza

I really enjoyed the sandwich I had gotten. The prices though don't fight the quality of the meal. There are better pizza joints the sell for less with higher quality meals. The workers were very inviting and friendly. They were on top of making sure I was taken care of and keeping their work space clean and clear. This is one of the better locations here in Peoria and if I had to pick between them all this would the one I would go to.

Pretty disappointed with one of our pizzas that night. If it would have been dine in, I would have sent it back. I ordered a gluten free sausage, mushroom and black olive extra crispy. It was so under cooked I couldn’t eat the center of the pizza. Our regular large pepperoni came out perfect. No complaints there! I’ll definitely take a look at the pizzas before leaving next time.

First off....who microwaves chicken wings? The hot wings are awful rubber hot sauce coated mistakes, the pizza overall is actually pretty good, not at all what I ordered, like not even close. When I called to ask them to please check in with their kitchen and make sure they're doing OK on this day the manager did not appreciate the fact I do not want a refund, I just want people to care about the food they make. The manager was quick to dismiss me as I made it clear it's not about a refund is about what it means to care, I will not order from the Knoxville location again and will gladly drive the extra distance to try another location. Really though....who microwaves hot wings?

This place is a joke…. I am in town visiting and I go in to my order not being ready after 45 mins of waiting. Was told to come back in 10 mins. All the employees were arguing with each other. A young kid was spraying cleaning product right over my pizza. The pizza was completely burnt after waiting a whole hour. I will NEVER go back to this location. Honestly this made me never want to go back to another Monical’s with the way the pizza taste. So I truly hope they get rid of the careless and rude staff they have employed there. It was very pathetic….

Didn't know what to have for a quick meal, stopped at monicals on Knoxville. We promptly got a seat. The waitress and staff was Very pleasant even though we were the only two there as they were cleaning and preparing orders. I know it's monicals but they did the job and in so doing that we left happy, with our leftovers for lunch the next day.

The driver was friendly, the sauce has a bright and sweet flavor but unfortunately that's where the positives ended. The pizza was undercooked and the breadsticks were dense and flavorless. The cheese was decent but forgettable. Without good crust or good cheese, it's hard to have a good za. We were pretty disappointed because we were told it's the best za in town, we sure hope not!

All I gotta say is wow. I haven't eaten my pizza yet but it's always awesome so whatever. But delivery is always kinda frustrating because it takes soooooo long. But not today. I ordered my pizza, and it said expected wait time is 90-110 minutes. Cool I expect that. I can live with it. But I got my pizza in 30 minutes. 30! Like I wasn't prepared! To my delivery guy and monicals on Knoxville, thank you for being awesome.
