They are always very polite and respectful and I had them cut my grandma's footlong sub into 4 pieces so it was easier for her to eat and did it without any problems or complaining 😉

I understand this subway gets busy but I placed a mobile order at 803 pm and it is 826 and it's barely being made ... I thought mobile orders were a "priority". On top of that I was watching them make my order and they did not follow the directions on the receipt. I am very disappointed employees do not listen or follow your mobile order instructions

I came in at 9pm last night (they close at 10pm) and told me they were out of bread?!?!? Seriously I just have nothing kind to say so I will leave this review as is😐

I ordered online n they gave my food away to someone else and I called to see if my order was ready the guy accused me of lying and I was almost in tears and I told him that is me n my kids dinner y would you do this n he just said ur lying if u want to take it to corporate n hung up on me

I tried to order here, but they said I had to wear a mask. I told them I have a medical exemption, but they told me they won’t serve people, even if they have a medical exemption. So I walked out.
I’m very upset. Very poor customer service. Discrimination is illegal in this country, and you’re breaking the law!!!

We were there on 09-29-2021. Roaches poured out of a vent on top of center glass area in the food area. The employees seemed shocked that we didn't want our food. We left as well as another customer behind us in line.

Went in tonight to get 4 subs for dinner and I was very happy to see the new crew working. They were welcoming, friendly and the teamwork was impressive. They communicated well with each other and all the customers present. Those 3 were very efficient and made sure I'll be returning to this location.

I came in at 9:30pm to get a sub and found nobody at the counter. After waiting a minute or so a employee came up from the back and told me "one of them will be up to help you in a moment" and then proceeded to go back into the office area. All I heard was two girls and the boy giggling from out of sight. I waited another few minutes. The door chimed as a couple walked in to join me. The boy again came from the back and said "she'll be right up" and then again went to the back and was followed by more laughter. I stood there another few minutes before giving up and leaving. As I was standing outside explaining to my wife why I was empty handed, I glanced back inside and saw that the couple STILL hadn't been helped. Even as I drove out of the campus parking lot and stopped near the light I could see them still waiting. Obviously these three employees don't care for their job, but I hope this reaches some form of management as I hope they will care what poor customer service is being presented at their store.
