Hardee's

I Honestly wouldn’t even give them one star I just called and the general manager Kenzie hung up on me after I complaind my food is cold but yet my box is melted she blamed it on the door dasher they didn’t show up right away my food clearly stayed under a heat well this is Ridiculous I paid $15 for food that’s not even hot and got hung up on Which is crazy I order from there every weekend my food is usually hot and fresh this time it’s melted to the Styrofoam because it sat there so long I don’t Recommend to DoorDash from them ever because you’re not gonna get satisfied when she is there Obviously

Yesterday at 12pm I had the most amazing experience I have ever had at Hardee’s on university the woman in drive-through who took my order was so polite it blew me away I wish I could have tipped her the woman who then took my money I can’t remember what her name was but I believe it was Angie was amazing and polite as well I know the woman who took my order was the dayshift manager and she was absolutely amazing the food was even better everything was perfect no complaints first time in a long time that I have had this experience with Hardees I don’t know what they did but I’m glad they did it

ALWAYS 5 STAR service when worker DEASHIA is at the window!!! She is a very hard worker. Thank you, Hun! You're always in a good mood & I so appreciate that:) She is very professional always & deserves a substantial raise. The cook who brought my food to the window (guy with dreads) made 2 of the most delicious sandwiches! THANKS, GUYS

Paid for food then was asked to pull around building to parking lot to wait for the food. Then the employee has no idea whose food goes to which vehicle. The cars are pulling in and out and im not even sure who was before me or after me. This is very disorganized and disappointing. Ive been waiting now for about twenty minutes. I would normally just leave but i paid for the food. Employee brought out a bag for someone who just pulled up, myself and another car have been waiting quite a while and they get their order before us. Finally our orders were brought out only 30 minutes later…so much much for “ fast food” and guess what, thats right it was the WRONG ORDER! SMH!!!
