Smoothie King

I just left this location stood in line for 10 minutes for a smoothie. The only sign on the door says hiring immediately. Once I got to the counter the young lady says we don’t take cash. There isn’t a sign on the door or posted in the store. On the website for this location there isn’t a notice neither. This young lady was working all by herself with over 6 customers waiting for her. The management or owner of this location needs to put a sign up so customers will not have to waste their time in line for 10 minutes to be told no cash accepted. The young lady had stack of dirty containers by the sink. Unfortunately she was all by herself but she was very apologetic. I noticed several nets flying around the store as I was in line.

We decided to stop in here for the first time to grab a “quick” smoothie to go for a snack. We walked in and there were several teenagers at the counter blocking the way gossiping with the staff which were also teenagers. All high school age and should know better. There were three staff, two girls and one boy. Soon after we arrived the boy disappeared to the back. Then only girls started making drinks and we finally made our way to the front counter. Had to wait several minutes for one of them to finally take our order. No greetings or anything when arriving. We ordered and she printed the order slip and sat them on the counter and then made one drink (for her friends). She then disappeared to the back and left one girl to make all the remaining orders (about six more) Another customer came in in the meantime and stood at the counter. No staff addressed him at all and after about 5 minutes he left. We still waited for our order to be made. The girl made her friends’ order and finally got to ours. The drinks should be simple and easy to make since they have the exact ingredients printed in the slip. The process took way too long. We waited over 15 minutes for our drinks. Horrible customer service experience. Two of the three staff disappeared when they got busy but we could hear them gossiping in the back. The drinks tasted good but the experience overall will not have me returning. Staff completely neglects customers. Only gave two stars from the nice tasting drinks.

Absolutely horrible. Was day dreaming about my smoothie all day just for me to go and waste my money at this location. My first smoothie was just leftovers from a previous guests smoothie who added extra ingredients I did not want for my my child. She added water to it and then gave it to me as if it were what I ordered. My second drink took about 10 minutes for the girl to put together the ingredients (which I might add was just a simple drink from their menu I did not add/change anything) she had to try very hard to even get it in the cup and when I said it needs more liquid she said “it’s good” she handed it to me and I could still see full sized chunks of the ingredients and could turn it upside and it wouldn’t move. I asked them to remake it so another girl came to remake it for me and then it ended up being the consistency of soup and basically just tasting like sugar water. I was also in a little bit of a hurry and spent over 20 minutes in the store. I will not be returning to this location which is unfortunate because it is in a great proximity to my work. *edit* I called customer service on our way home and waited on hold for over an hour.

I am a frequent customer of this location. I love the smoothies obviously, but when there are problems, it is impossible to resolve. Twice I have had issues where I have ordered online and my order was not fulfilled. First time it was for delivery and they did not have the ingredients. Instead of calling me, they simply cancelled my order. The store workers are unable to issue a refund. Stated owner had to do it. I waited a week for a call back and never got one. I went on to dispute the charge with my credit card. They notified the merchant, Level Up, who then proceeded to cancel my rewards program for charge backs! That was in March, still waiting for resolution. On 5/29 I placed another online order, went to pick it up and no one was there. I have made multiple phone calls to the local store, Level up and emailed smoothie king customer service. All to no avail. Another location advised me they had recieved multiple complaints on 5/29 of the Pflugerville store being closed. Why wasn't the manager or owner up there turning off online ordering? Bottom line is that I cannot get my money back. I will now be disputing this charge as well and I will no longer do business with this store. Do not trust the online order process. Order at your own risk! And please do not respond with an email address to forward concerns. I have done that. No response from them either.

They don't take cash. The issue is I was not told this up front instead they said press the green button and walked away to start the order. Oh and don't worry about my review I will never come back. Oh and looks like this has been an issue over a month at this location. One response is they learn from these reviews Fire that PR person.

I went in today and there was only one person working first of all. I was on a lunch break and didn't have a lot of time I tried to call in the order from my car just to watch the one employee ignore my 5 calls. Then I went back in to order just to be told they only accept card and then was told they were out of ingredients. I had two orders for an office. Way to have poor busy and lose business smoothie king limestone. It shows a lot of character the amount of effort you put into something.
