They left the wrapper on the cheese and melted it and put it on my burger,it made the whole burger taste terrible.The bun was hard tasted old. Couldn't eat it.Tried to call them but no one answered the phone.

This guy was sooo rude and when I went back in line to get my tacos they forgot to give me the first time, his greeting was (go ahead) then I told him they didn't give me my tacos and he said (pull up to the next window). Not very professional in my opinion, AND!! they were exceptionally SLOW! Lastly... no recipept was given or even asked to give it to me. I'll drive a bit further and go to a better jack in the box everytime! AND the sourdough jack wasn't even toasted!

Better than McDonald's and taco bell but not as good as Wataburger. I like to get breakfast from Jack in the Box sometimes. You can order individual orders of eggs and sausage for a very inexpensive healthier option that doesn't include bread loaded with unwanted calories.

I don’t know how you consider this acceptable!! Just went in to get food for my grandkids and this is what I got!!! Can’t go back to return the food because I’m running late fir other thing in my schedule. Shame on you!!!!

Went there a few times a while ago. Went inside. After ordering then waiting 20 minutes, went to register, the food was just sitting in a bag on the side. They told me to wait so they could remake the food since it was cold. Another time, it took about 25 minutes to get my food. Another time, it took about 25 minutes again.

Had a coupon this morning for 2 breakfast sandwiches for 5 dollars, cheap manager did not discount the correct amount. The main reason for my low rating is food was cold fries tasted old and cold.

The am girl is very nice, the afternoon staff must be stressed cuz they barely greet you. The tacos are best.
