They were short staffed, but had great customer service and a sense of urgency to fill orders as fast as possible. I was greeted and acknowledged. I happily waited and it wasn't in vain because it was hot and fresh and tasted better then ever. I normally order pizza hut. But after I had that pizza from papa John's. Ima go there more often!

I was reminded of why I hadn't been to Papas over 10 years today
Just to play with my taste buds I ordered something small & quick that takes no time . My pick up order was suppose to be ready in 10 min.
When I arrived 10 minutes later I paid and waited. While waiting I over heard my order had not been prepared nor on its way. I mentioned that I overheard and how much longer, would it be? Another 10 minutes.
While I waited another 10 min I observed the Atmosphere. (Only ones eyes can tell)
25 minutes for a "10 minutes" order my tosh.

Hate writing a bad review for this location, never had a problem until now. After reading others reviews it seems to be that Grubhub is ruining this locations reputation. I canceled my order after 1hr 30min of waiting on to watch the Grubhub driver go past my house and make deliveries to other locations.
I respect that the store wanted to give me store credit, but unfortunately that doesn't always fix the issues. They tried to make things right and for that I am grateful.

I picked up my order, asked for cheese packets to go with the pizza. I hold my hand out and she slams the packets down on the counter. Why is it so hard to give quality customer service? Especially when its in your job description!! NEVER will I go back to that location. However, Best of wishes and a Happy New Year to them!

We ordered from the Parmer Ln. location in Pflugerville and the results were less than acceptable. After placing the order, the website said it would be 32 mins. It actually took an hour and a half to be delivered. Then they couldn't even get the order correct. Somehow, ham looks like pepperoni to these guys. We then attempted to call the store and speak to someone only to be put on hold for another 20 mins. Serious lack of customer service at this location. Next time, I'll just drive to Dominoe's and avoid this place.

Worst service ever. Over an hour wait for my pizza that was supposed to be delivered in 38 minutes. Tracker said it was making it an hour later while phone tracker said it would be done at 7:39 (it's 8:05). No one answers the phone...waited for 20 minutes.

The store turned off the tracker and does not have enough staff to deliver orders on time. The employees seem nice once you can get them on the phone, but that doesn't matter much when the food's an hour late and there's no way to tell when it will arrive

This was our go-to pizza place…not anymore. Pizzas are delivered cold and soggy- missing items and store manager, Jeremy was of no help. Instead he gave excuse why he couldn’t remake or refund money. He lost a customer- which didn’t seem to bother him. Sure the current pandemic has caused issues but poor customer service with no resolution isn’t acceptable either.
