Domino's Pizza

My go to for dinner when I need a break 😆 I have to have the wings and pasta on the side. The Pasta Primavera was very good pizza always hot and fresh. I like to do the pick up for the free $3 trip charge Honey BBQ wings were good but my favorite were the Parmesan wings. I loved the sigh so I took a picture 😆🤣

We use to order from Domino's at least once a month for delivery. Food was always hot and tasted very good, delivery was always right under or at an hour. The last two times we have ordered delivery have been absolutely horrible and we will never order from domino's again. Both times are order took over 2 hours for delivery. Food did not taste good nor was it hot. After the first time this happened, they gave us a $30 credit, which is why we ordered a second time...no difference. I wish I could give NO STARS!!!!

I usually like the pizzas I get from this shop. However, today was not one of those times. When I opened my pizza I noticed extra ingredients on it due to a dirty pizza cutter and my kids pizza was undercooked. I actually added a star because of the way that the manager with the purple hair handled the situation. She offered me a refund or new pizzas. She then personally cleaned the pizza cutter and helped make my new pizzas. This manager, or she should be, took me from angry to impressed.

Had a really bad experience with this location. After waiting over an hour I called the location to find that they delivered my food to my neighbors house. When I called in they let me know that a “system error” must’ve occurred because they had my neighbors address. I checked again, they were lying. They offered to remake my food and have me redelivered to, but I was going to have to wait more hours for the new food. At this point, I asked for a refund. Which was denied by the manager because the food was “delivered.” The manager Jalien said they would refund after me having to continually explain that they messed up but she refused to provide a voided receipt or anything - simply wanted me to act on good faith. I’m highly disappointed to have had this experience. It’s also important to note they gave no deliver updates and sat the food in ant piles. There were flies coming out the box upon opening.

Had heard bad things about this location but tried it anyway. Don't know if bad or good since 2 minutes after I ordered I received text message canceling my order due to no drivers available. When I tried to call them back to say I would just come pick it up they had left the phone off the hook so no one could call them back. 5 straight minutes of busy signals kinda gives you the hint they don't need or want the business. So first and last time to (try to) order from here. May have dodged a bullet if their pizza is as bad as the service.

They are really understaffed, just go pick up your order. Too much sauce on my pizza and you could tell it was made long before the rest of the order was done because it was already getting stale when I got in the door at home. Edit: the email listed in the reply either doesn't work or the manager didn't actually want me to email them and is only responding here to try and save face. I emailed and got no response at all, and my overall issue still hasn't been addressed. They delivered a free pizza to my house that I used points on, but the catch is that they didn't bring me anything, a driver just sat outside my house until the tracker turned off and then left without delivering anything. I elected to pay cash, so the problem hasn't been fixed.

The app states it’s been prepping my order for the last 45 minutes. After seeing reviews I’m trying to call and cancel my order. Writing this review while I’ve been on hole for 11 minutes now. Still haven’t even spoken to a human, glad to hear about the supposedly delicious food a hundred times though. I just want to cancel my order since I placed it through the app and there’s literally no way to do that unless someone answers the phone.
