The lady running the registers around 11:20am (she has shoulder length braids going straight back) on Sunday, January 2nd was very rude.
It’s not what you say, but how you say it.
We live in the neighborhood and always come to this store but never had a bad experience until today unfortunately.
She also provided false information regarding their policy.
Thankfully we were able to just go right over to food lion with no issues for a better customer service experience and we had no issues.

I don’t even know why they advertise they’re open 24 hours. When they night crew closes around 2 and open before the next shift starts and claim they are cleaning. There is no way they cleaning for that long especially when the store isn’t spotless. If you need a job that pays you to sleep overnight then this is the spot for you.

First time here, last time here. Out of creamer and sugar for coffee. Out of mocha iced coffee. Half of the shelves for the cooler drinks were empty. 2 clerks behind counter with 8 customers in line. 1 clerk was counting cigarettes and only jumped up to take someone of her own race from the line. Then went back to counting cigarettes. Pre-paid for gas. Clerk charged me, but did not turn the pump on. No receipt at pump. Horrible experience. Never again.

I visited at night on a Doordash after a 15 minute commute and being in the store completely alone for about 3 minutes before the worker came back inside from break informed me that they shut there Doordash System down at 9:45 PM. This was very inconvenient to Myself, Doordash, & the 7-11 standard of 24/7 delivery. I have faith this can be corrected and will give it a second chance if Doordash ever sends me out this way again.

Horrible! The girl on the morning shift on Friday was refusing to take customers but when a regular customer walked in behind me she clearly stated that she would ring him up but not anybody else! She’s done this multiple times this week, turning away business unless she knows you personally

While stranded nearby I visited this store and let me tell you, the cashier called NEE NEE turned my day around and had me smiling and laughing even after being stranded an hungry for 20 plus hours and no money. NEE NEE paid for my meal. Every store needs a NEE NEE, she's always happy and talking to the customers. What a wonderful experience.

I have made this my go to gas station for several years now when I'm picking up my son from his mom's house. The service is always top notch and the selection is what you'd expect to see at a full service gas station. I like the new credit card machines at the ⛽ they save time for those days when time isn't in abundance. I know without thinking that this is where I'm going when in town. Next time you're local, you should give them a try... Grab a slurpie, you will not be disappointed! 👍👍
