I wish I had got the young lady who got my order. She was super friendly and took the time to explain menu options. Due limiting carbs I opted for the sliced brisket sandwich with no fries. Brisket was so moist and tender. Had it with spicy barbecue sauce. It was one of the best sandwiches I had eaten. Also bathroom was super clean. I love the idea that there is a sink in dinning area to wash your hands after your meal.

Rarely do I ever give a full rating to any food place, especially after years as a health inspector. First time going here, the customer service was outstanding. Extremely helpful and some of the best BBQ I have had,, the chicken, chopped pork and brisket were amazing. The bbq beans and mac and cheese sides added to the wonderful flavors as well. I even was so happy to get 2 lbs of brisket to go. I would recommend they get jars for the to go sauce, but other than that this was the most delicious and enjoyable place to eat in 7 states. Worth the price and I could not be happier to recommend this as best place to eat if passing through this area.

I'm from Houston and this place is the closest to GOOD OLE Texas, as it gets. The chopped beef potato is awesome! Reasonably priced and always taste great! Today I got coleslaw as a side, and it surprised me. It was fabulous. Whoever is doing the cooking over there, please keep it up! Only complaint is I couldn't get enough!

Ordered online. It was not ready when I stopped by and my burger was wrong. I wanted cheese - none on the burger. I didn't want pickles or onions - there was both. Burger itself was dry. The rest of the order was fine. Called to let them know and they took my name down, but I don't trust their system now so I will probably not take advantage of that.

I had an awful experience with Susan due to an internal error when placing pickup orders. However, Antoon called me on Monday and was willing to speak to me about what happened. DeeCee was so nice, soft spoken, and understanding. She agreed with me on the issue and apologized profusely. She is going to rectify the issue to make it right. I don’t appreciate the way Susan handled what happened but am so glad they have management that truly care enough about customers and their service to take the time to call. It was their first priority to call on Monday morning. It’s not even 9 am, yet. So, thank you for this and I’m sure y’all will keep striving for greatness!
