Pizza Hut

I’m writing this review after three bad experiences in a row with this location. We have order pizza from here for delivery a number of times without any issues. The issues started when one delivery showed up 1 hour and 45 min after we ordered the food (we live 5 min away). The pizza was cold and the cheese was hard. We received a text that said “out for delivery” 16 min after placing the order. By the temperature of the pizza, I’d guess it really was in the vehicle but the driver took 1.5 hours to get to us. We didn’t call or complain because we never had issues with them before and we were entertaining guest. The next time we ordered a month or so later, the pizza still hadn’t arrived 1.5 hours after placing the order. This time I decided to stop the order and get my money back. I couldn’t reach anyone on the phone locally so I spend 30 min on the phone with corporate office. They refunded me the money and said that we can keep the pizza if it shows up. It never did. The owner of this location called me and apologized. She offered me $2 off my next order for the trouble... My wife and I agreed that we would never order from this location again, but it has been about 5 months and we were in need of something easy because of our schedule today. We hoped that the problems with this location were resolved. After an hour we called to check the status of our still undelivered pizza. She said they they tried to call us to tell us that they didn’t have a delivery driver but couldn’t reach us so they just canceled the order. Both my wife and I both didn’t receive a phone call and we both have voicemail. I’m done with this location!

This location has a problem with delivering on time. I was told 30-45 minutes for delivery. At the 1 hour mark I called and asked where my pizza was and girl didn’t know. Out for delivery was all she knew. I asked if my food was going to be relatively fresh when it finally arrives and again no answer. It’s now been and 1 hour and 15 minutes! This is ridiculous. I only live less than a quarter mile from store location. And before you ask why I just didn’t go get it, you deliver and I pay. That’s it.

Was told pizza was gonba be ready at 10:40, got there and building was locked up. Was finally able to get ahold of and employee at 11:10. She came and unlocked the door for me and another customer. She stated that she was the only person working. Made me late getting back to work, my lunch break had to run long.
