Papa Johns Pizza

When we got to the window at the time it was supposed to be ready...they told us we had to wait another 10 minutes because evidently our order was delivered to someone else. So the delivery order must have been given the wrong order. I wonder if they got a free pizza the next time, like Pizza Hut has done for Me, when it happened in the past. We did not get that benefit this time. But...I realize Stuff Happens..and I still think that Papa John's Pizza is the best around. We Did think that our Meat Lovers Pizza was a little lacking in the Meat though...but I guess our illustrious government is pushing the price of meats so high that Everyone has to cut back. Not Papa John's fault. Still love them and will come back!

Ordered delivery. Missing items from my order for the third time. Tried to call and no one answered so I drove to the store. Got there, asked to speak with a manager, and waited for the manager to be available. the phone rang the entire time I was there. No one attempted to answer it. Paid a delivery fee but I had to go pick up my order and it was a DoorDasher who delivered the other part of my order. I might as well just order through DoorDash. Clerk at the front said he didn’t know what I wanted him to do about my missing items so I told him I wanted what I paid for. I explained to him that this has happened several times before and he said there was nothing that could be done. It’s a shame because the quality of service used to be a lot better at this location imo.

Ok so I ordered a pizza. Well they send message that order is on the way...so 45 minutes later I call. Well I had to call 10 times before finally the girl that was supposed to deliver pizza answers. So I ask about order and she says well I tried and phone went to voicemail.. ok so I ask her did you come to my address and she says well is it around such and such. Lmao way way off. So she hangs up on me when I try and explain to her where my place is. Now no answer again. So no stars not happy and wow...by the way they deliver here regularly. So whatever I'm over them

Gave our pizza away and then could not get the Manager of the phone. Wife had to go the next day to get her money back, and manager only wanted to give her $20.00 of the $37.70 she spent. Told her that was for what she didn't get. She told him she got nothing the Pizza was given to someone else and wanted all her money back. He was rude about it but finally gave her all her money back! WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered two Papadilias; one Italian one Philly cheese. They were both overcooked and hard. I also ordered a large 'The Works' pizza. There was very little meat on the pizza. There were a few pepperoni scattered on the pizza and a few pieces of sausage spinkled here and there. There seemed to be too much crust; meaning it appeared that there was about two inches of edge crust that wasn't covered with toppings or sauce. When I went in to pick up my order, the young lady at the counter was extremely friendly and the interior of the restaurant was very clean. The overall taste of the items was good; it was just the hard crust on the Papadilias and haphazard construction of the pizza that made them unsatisfactory. I did not bother anyone about it because I had made it home when I opened the boxes and had no desire to return to the restaurant nor wait for replacement.
