Westfield Family Restaurant

Don't bother wasting your time & money here! I ordered a large cheese fry and a drink. It cost $9 and some change! Seriously!?!?! But that's not really why I'm yelping...this place used to be very good. My family used to order from here frequently even though it was out of our way. Now it is actually close to my work but I will never go back. The french fries were way undercooked - to the point that they were almost raw! And since I ordered cheese fries, they lathered it in cheese. Talk about a soggy, undercooked, sloppy mess that all I could taste was cheese. I literally took like 5 bites and then used my fork to dig around & discovered the uncooked fries and that was it. Completely lost my appetite. C'mon people, how can you mess up cheese fries?

I will not be eating here again. My husband and I just bought two gyro's. We are very disappointed. Both sandwiches were equally terrible. The pitas are soaked and I mean soaked in oil. The meat was cut in disgusting chunks that looks like it was chewed already. We can't even tell if the meat is cooked thoroughly. The vegetables look like they sat out all day. The tomatoes are soggy and the onions are definitely not fresh. At this point, I'm even leaning towards the Tzatziki sauce is not made with greek yogurt, it tastes like some sort of cream. This area is kind of remote and does not have many restaurants, Westfield should have higher standards for this community.

I've ben coming to this restaurant for 15 pluss years. Not sure if under different owner ship but the the last 2 visits where horrible. Felt I'd give them a second chance to make up for previous order per manager will make it up. So when I got home my food it was unacceptable again. I opened my salad to find 60 percent of it was brown slimey lettuce that should have ben thrown out days ago. Went back to complain and told them they are gona get people sick with there food. That salad can give people salmonella. Then I was asked to leave. If you want to get sick from food this is the place. Don't eat here!!!!!!!!!

I was ordering like normal and quite polite, I eat here often. A short older lady with long brown hair with bangs and glasses was taking my order and she was rude from the start. When I was pulling away , I don’t know if she knew if her mic was till on but I heard her sigh and say “ god have mercy”. So Rude!!
