Dunkin'

This place has really gone down in service and quality...I used to come here daily for my coffee and breakfast sandwich but amount of mistakes and quality kept getting worse each time. This last time, they gave me the wrong order and since I had a long drive for school event, it was practically money down the drain. Never coming back to this place.

It’s honestly a hit or miss with this location. The girls that work there always seem to be annoyed to take an order for what ever reason it may be. Sometimes the coffee comes out good and other times it comes out as bitter as their attitude towards customers. I’ve been going there at least once or twice a week and again sometimes the service is really good and the coffee comes out great and other times it turns to a negative review.

I come everyday inside to get my coffee and i’ve noticed a pattern. Monday-Thursday it seems as there are always only 2 girls running around struggling. My order is always made perfectly and they memorized it so I don’t even have to say it anymore. However Friday-Sunday there are about 5 people and they take forever to get my order taken and almost everytime it is not correct. Friday-Sunday none of the workers are wearing masks. We’re in a pandemic and those are the regulations.

Terrible customer service. No one wanted to be there. When I walked up to the counter I made direct eye contact with an employee who was hanging all over her boyfriend(?) off to the side of the counter. I assumed she was off or on break. I looked behind the counter & saw another employee sitting down on her phone near the drive thru window, she was talking loudly with another employee about wanting to try 4Loko & Bang. After waiting for a few minutes without being acknowledged I asked the girl who was outside the kitchen if they were open, she came & took my order. Without washing her hands after entering the kitchen, she made my drinks. When she went to ring me in, their machine wasn't working properly (wouldn't read my Google pay). A manager (I'm assuming because she was the only one wearing a mask) came over and tried the machine, still didn't work. I didn't have any other money on me & I told the girl that. She just said "sorry. It usually works." And shrugged. Enjoy the coffee you made for me!!! The next time this happens to a customer, try doing the right thing :)

The worst dunkin ever, I was at drive-thru speaker for over 10 min and no one was speaking to me then I pulled forward to the window and spent over 15 min knocking on the window and then two young ladies opened the window and the where very rude and telling me I can't knock on window and i need to go around again to speaker to make an order because they won't take my order at the window, I told them I was there for 10 min no one answered she said you wasn't there for 10 minutes we where watching you ... I don't know why they didn't talked to me or told me to wait if they where watching me .... they also made sure to cover there name tags so I don't get the name . This happened on 1/27/2022 At 5:30pm

Ordered like, 4 donuts in the drive through. After ordering I asked the girl “hey is it cool if you put those in a box instead of bags?” And she LEGIT sighed over the headset and said “uh how about you ask that FIRST next time.” I used to work drive through so I know people can be frustrating, but even if that’s the case you CANT show frustration to the customer unless the customer is being ABSOLUTELY unreasonable. Sure I could have asked for a box in the beginning but I didn’t even think about it until the end. They really need to try harder with customer service at this location. The older gentleman is fantastic and if I could rate JUST HIM I’d give the guy 10 outta 5 stars.
