Donatos Pizza

What I missed about living in Naptown! I LOVE Donatos Pizza! I got their famous thin crust pepperoni and I also tried their cauliflower crust pizza with grilled chicken, tomato's, spinach and fresh mozzarella. Added garlic bread sticks with hot dipping cheese to both. NO complaints at all. Orders were made to perfection and hot when they arrived (both also arrived earlier than scheduled.) Thank you for making my return to this city a warm welcome!

First, we really enjoyed our pizza. My wife has very fond childhood memories of Donatos, and the chain didn't disappoint. (I recommend the 'roni.) Second, the manager deserves a gold star for his patience and kindness in dealing with a demanding customer who continued to argue about the price of the pizza.

Ordered a thin crust pizza, arrived as a thick crust. Called and the guy who answered the phone is obviously incompetent. After stating he would “credit my account later” sure enough he didn’t. I called two days later to get replacement and of course the credit miraculously wasn’t there. Surprise surprise. And these are the same people who think they deserve a high minimum wage. Manager was a clown as well. Said she would make a pizza but would have to charge me $5.00. Complete joke. Complete incompetent people all around.
