Wendy's

Ordered Dave's Double meal(large), 2 small chilis, and Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger meal(small). Used the app and added lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickle to my Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger; recieved NONE of the additions. They made the burger the way it comes orginally, and I didnt want to argue or correct because of time. Make sure you check orders if you use the app because they might not make it the way you want it but make it the way it orginally comes. Other than that, great restaurant and good service but not great with custom orders.

I got a breakfast combo and 2 biscuits and gravy, the girl asked what to drink and I said a milk and large coke. Paid and got food and drink and ate in the parking lot and noticed she forgot my milk so my boyfriend got the milk she forgot and because we didn't have a receipt she charged for another milk, then he gets back to the car and realized the woman forgot silverware, started eating and the biscuits were hard, I've been to other Wendy's and never had that problem, biscuits were always hot and fresh, worse Wendy's ever. Oh the woman forgot to give us receipt. Don't go there, find another Wendy's.

Wendy's in Plainfield, IN. has hired an amazing person, such quality service, I thought I was at a high end restaurant. This amazing lady didn't just got our order, she asked how I was and responded enthusiastically when I asked her back about herself, she gave me the details with such politeness and cheerfulness, she was also bilingual, she asked me if I speak Spanish and we continued the transaction in Spanish, fast, polite, accurate. Perfect service 💯 January 12th, 2022around 2pm. Thank you!
