Pei Wei Asian Diner

I love this place. The service is always fast and friendly. The flavors of the food are robust and very fresh with every meal being prepared on demand. Although it's a modern take on Asian foods, I have never been disappointed by their dishes and completely enjoy the strong spice levels I can get with my dishes. The spice is complex with peppers, ginger, and garlic but it is not a harsh burn for the sake of being hot. I wish this place was closer to home, but I will continue to go out of my way to eat here whenever I'm near the area.

My first time here was great! The staff was very friendly and professional. I wasn't sure about what to get and the young lady at the county was very helpful describing the taste and feel for the meals. The food was made fresh right in front of you. Everything was clean and I received my order quickly. I got the Dan Dan Noodles with chicken and two egg rolls. All the food was excellent. Great price for the large serving sizes. I will definitely go back.

First off, let me say that the food was excellent. Given the fact that I almost didn’t try it, I thought that it was worth mentioning first. When I walked in, there was one other customer and myself, and the other customer was already eating. I placed my order and walked over to the sitting area. The floor and the bench was covered in food: rice, vegetables, and noodles. I had to look for a place to sit even though every seat but one was open. While I was waiting for my order, I went into the restroom. It was in very bad shape. There were no paper products, except the used paper towels all over the floor. I realize that I probably got there after a very busy lunch rush, but the girl at the front counter did not seem at all interested in cleaning up, she was playing on her phone when I walked in, she played on her phone while my order was being made, and she went right back to playing on her phone as soon as she gave my order to me.

The food was very good. It was not greasy and tasted very fresh. Seemed to be made in a more natural and healthy was compared to most fastfood asian restaurants. They had a great selection of tea and their sushi was good although it has a very limited menu for it. If you like orange chicken and tuna sushi, this is a place to check out for a quick lunch.

It's a cross between a diner and fast food for Asian cuisine but with the quality and homeliness of a family run restaurant. The food was good, the location was clean and comfortable, the facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. Hoping to find a location near home. 1 star deduction on the saltiness of the Mongolian chicken, but still delicious!
