White Rabbit Cafe

This place is such a new breath of fresh air to Princeton! The artsy vibe is cool and resheshing! I've been gone from this town for five months (longest time away in my whole life), and coming back to find this treasure in such a small town made me breath easy. It's got big city swag, with a small town comfort to it. I've only been twice (so far), and my husband and I were treated like friends from the moment we walked in! Local artists can display and sell their artwork for free with cash sales. Just an overall great place to get one hell of a cup of coffee, see some one of a kind local pieces, and relax from the hustle and bustle of daily life. My husband and I have already decided we'll be regulars. I recommend anyone in the Princeton and surrounding areas to become regulars too! A++!!!

For a quick TLDR this is fabulous coffee and I went twice in a two hour span if that says anything. For a longer review; My husband and I are absolute coffee snobs. We’ve gone to San Diego, Tucson, Phoenix, all across the Midwest and we always get coffee in every new place we’ve been to. We’re talking hundreds of coffee places - and I’ve only written reviews on maybe two or three places. I honestly wasn’t expecting much in Princeton as far as coffee goes as it’s such a sleepy town. I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered a mocha latte and not only was the latte art amazing - the coffee was absolutely delicious. My friend and I parted ways and I rushed home to tell my husband about white rabbit and we came back just before they closed. My husband was equally in love. We plan on making this our new go-to spot. Also, a huge bonus, the owner is an exceptionally lovely person. She’s truly a gem in Princeton and I so enjoyed hearing about her passion for White Rabbit.

The service was great the owner actually talks to you and cares about what you think of her products! When she told me about a taste testing she was having and I said I wouldn't be able to make it she asked for my contact info so she could let me know the next time she was making the dish and was very thoughtful about it all. I only ordered a iced cappuccino but it was fabulous, it was so not like a generic coffee or even Starbucks it was like you was actually at a Cuban coffee cafe. The price is a little on the high side but worth it, and hopefully after business picks up it may drop but definitely two thumbs up!!!
