This places need new management! The first time I bought from here the manager told me that yes my fries were in the bag. So I drove off and I stop because my fries weren’t in the bag! So I got off and wasted 5 more minutes after he said I did put the fries in your bag so he said let me see because he didn’t believe me. Bare in mind my kids were in my car still waiting. I just can’t believe he looked at me and didn’t believe when I said you didn’t give me my fries. He finally realized he didn’t and decided to go make some. Now let’s get to the 2 time which was today. The people were moving super slow. I order a number 7 and double check before I payed and the lady told me yes you purchase a bacon burger. Which the lady was in a bad mood. But at this point I just wanted my food. When I got home noooooo bacon! I’m like what in the world again they forget my order. At this point I’m done with Wendy’s here in my area. I hate saying it but they are horrible at their job. Maybe you need some one who knows how to hire the right people. I mean the prices went up on our food we should be able to get decent customer service.

Ordered a Baconater Meal and sat down to eat only to realize my burger had no bottom bun 😂😂 Employee was kind and fixed a new one — we laughed. Fries were dry like they sat under a heat lamp for a while... but were replaced with fresh fries. The establishment still practices COVID restrictions and very clean. Men's restroom was also clean. Touch free drink fountain available. My burger was delicious and enjoyed my stay. Wifi available inside.

We have had a good experience here lately, I think it just depends on who's working. The young lady who was working at the drive thru was very professional and spoke clearly and made sure she had the correct order. She rang us up with a smile and the food was just as expected. My kids prefer to go here rather than McDonald's since McDonald's always gets their order wrong (they're boring and only like cheese on their burgers 😆) Thanks Wendy's!

Everything time I go here. Day, evening and night they can’t seem to get the Ofer correct. The owner really needs to find new management. I went back i from the drive through due to they did make my order correctly the 1st and still could not get it right the second time. This place really needs to close.. bad service all together. I don’t even think this Wendy deserves a 1 star

Spotty service..so so food..check your bag before you go. See the garden salad in the photo? Iceberg lettuce and cheese is not what is supposed to be in a garden salad. Totally unacceptable 😡 Edit.. How is this a big Bacon classic? A half a piece of bacon? What's the big part.. Why is this Wendy's so bad? Update.. Service seems a tad better

Terrible service. Won’t let you order for 4 ppl, literally had to place two. Drive through again and order the other two. WITHOUT there being a line. She didn’t care at all. N said that’s the rule. I understand staffing shortage but don’t take it out on the clients that actually come. That’ll be my last time visiting.
