Colleagues and friends who worked two decades ago met at this place for adda and old times sake. Renewing friendships and relishing good food! Soft fresh pavs with generous butter tastes yum! Topping it with an omelette or Keema one notch extra taste. Rinsing it in hot hot Irani chai tastes two notches up!! 'You can't stop with one', so much so with the bun maska and chai. Very rarely one stops with the first!! Thronging with people, noisy place. The ground floor is for any but the first floor is exclusively for families or couples except in rare occasions. Just one server for the entire floor makes it a little challenging when it comes to serving. Atmosphere can be claustrophobic as a single cramped window is the saviour.

Food is overall good, but rates are on the higher side, service is good . I had been with my family for lunch, there wasn't much rush so the cleaning boys were gathered in a group and chatting while looking directly at our faces which was quite uncomfortable and unpleasant. Chicken sandwich tasted sweet, with sugar crystals in every bite.. Veg dalcha khana costed Rs300/ which is expensive.

Location is good. Generally it is crowded so getting a place to sit can be challenging. Serve good non veg food, even snacks are good. One can try their irani tea. They have family seating arrangements on the first floor. One detriment is that the place get very noisy as most set of people who come here engage in loud discussions. So eating peacefully is not possible. Service is good for eating in and also for parcel.

Another gem of Camp! Known for its bun maska, brun maska and Irani chai, Cafe diamond is a legend. Mostly flocked by regular patrons who have been coming here for many many years, this place has those old time vibes. You should visit Cafe Diamond Queen with family for a nice breakfast as they do have a seperate section. There are many things you can try here like their super buttery and crispy khari and chai, bheja masala, mutton dalcha on selected days (fridays), special Keema masala, simple keema fry, mutton crum chops, their sepcial chicken fry and mutton paya. Cafe Diamond Queen has a big list of items in their menu. Over all a must try place if you are in camp.
