Google Maps is wrongly saying that Citibank is permanently closed, but as a matter of fact it is operational again!!
Today I had collected my debit card (it was issued for Chennai home address but they sent to Pune on my request) from the very same branch and the staff was very cooperative and complete the process/ formalities in just 10 minutes.
Thanks Citibank for top class services!!

Good place, well taken care of all safety measures, parking hight for two wheelers at some point is really very low, you have to take care of your head while parking the vehicle in and while taking out the vehicle. Building premises and staff are very clean and are taking care of all the visitor's safety.
