I am visited in cafe coffee day,in city pride near by multiplex satara road pune regular basis in visited in cafe coffee day there are available staff and manager community and management it's good service to the team.

Washrooms are not there in cafe. You have to go to parking floor for bathrooms.
Otherwise it's good quiet place to hangout.

There were minimal customers in the place.
Staff was cordial.
A separate washroom arrangement is available. You will have to ask the location in the back and key to the same.
Had black coffee and chili cheese toast, both were good, quantity of coffee/mug size was smaller than other joints like star bucks or costa coffee but price was almost similar.
They use the least expensive brand of beans from their offering of 3 different types of beans, so i could not get to taste their best bean and thus did not buy for home
Seating is comfortable, and the atmosphere is quiet if you want to read a book and relax a bit.
