The flats in this Housing Society are really spacious like the 2 BHK area is almost 1200 sqft. So you can enjoy ample space in your flat. If you are getting any good deal in resale property don't hesitate.

Table tennis 😎 Basketball net 🥅 Beautiful flats😍 All amenities were provided by the owner 😄 The guard created a problem for us bachelors. I didn't like it at all -infinity stars. Not as friendly as konark campus guards, konark campus guards are Like god 😍. We left Gera foliage with very beautiful and small issues like this which make great impacts 😅 but still for family great 😃. If bachelors are thinking then I suggest it's like a hostel like the gate used to close at 11 means 11 types scenario 😮‍💨 I think this guard issue and getting out at night might solve as time passes or change of chairman 🤔 Parkings are allotted to every flat owner🤘 Small garden 🏡 Sitting chair 💺 Walking area 😎
