Great service and food today. I need to go to Madras' location to ensure the owners have total consistency in all five locations in Central Oregon. Definitely worth a 5 star rating.
There is also a lady who waits tables in Redmond location who has the same crazy sense of humor as I do and she shops at the same place too.

We liked the authentic Mexican food here. Great portion sizes, delicious food, good service, and relaxed atmosphere.
We made a reservation for 15 people, but you likely don't need one here. They were able to seat us quickly. The staff were pleasant.

We go at least once a week. Food is very good, generous servings. Price is good.
Servers are friendly and we always feel welcome.

The male host was rude and awful. He literally walked to a table, tossed down menus and walked away. A host or hostess is the face of the restaurant. To have one with rude disregard really sets the tone of the experience. The waitress was nice and knowledgeable. The food was a bit bland. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Based on the host alone, I can not in good conscience recommend this place until that changes. No one deserves that kind of treatment. It's sad in an otherwise good environment.
2nd visit had better tasting food and much better service.

Pretty spendy given the economy conditions, however also great big generous portions. Wife and I had the fajitas for two. The sauce was peculiar. Table always had chips, salsa and beans though which was noice. Waitress was super down to earth and very pleasant to talk to. They had my favorite hot sauce which is always a plus. #tapatio

We took our mother-in-law to diner. The waitress had such a witty and funny personality. 😁 She made sure my food was safe for my food intolerance (no soy, dairy, sugar, or gluten) which isn't easy. The food was delicious!!

I was surprised it was an authentic Mexican restaurant. I'm very picky about my Mexican food. I start judgment with the chips and salsa. Not fair, I know, but that's me. The salsa was great. It was fresh with just the right balance of heat and flavor. The nachos were also very good. I will definitely recommend and will definitely go back. 👍🏽👍🏽

It was good, I wasn't a fan of the salsa. The chicken and beef fajita 2 person servings were really good. There was plenty of each as well. (The photo is our leftovers)
