Pretty cool place for some BBQ stop by this place on my vacation from California. Friendly staff food was great. The baby back ribs were really good. I didn't see beef ribs on the menu. the smoked chicken wings are really good. I would definitely stop by. Back again from California, there is still no change. BBQ still good still no beef Ribs start making Beef Ribs then it will be awesome

The brisket is where it's at! But all the food is seriously amazing. My go-to is the brisket sandwich. Also love the Mac & cheese & add pulled pork to it. Great indoor & outdoor seating with a yard area for corn hole. Service is always fantastic. Thanks for the happy full bellies!

We went there for our 59 Anniversary Celebration Sept 7 2023. Drove from The Rogue Valley. (We used to live in Central Oregon) Knew right where to Celebrate. Hostess that day was an extra special young lady. Made our day special💞 The waitress was excellent. Food was so yummy as usual. The half rack of ribs was not as much as we used to order..but the restaurant expenses are higher and higher like everything else.
Everyone should realize this when going out to eat.
Also, DO NOT GO OUT TO EAT IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO TIP THE WAITRESS AT LEAST $5.00 or more.👍

We had Baldy's BBQ cater our Wedding! The food was amazing and the service was wonderful! We worked with Brian and he made it go so smooth! 10000% recommend!! We will use them again!

I have to say that me and my wife visited this location and we are happy to say the food was pretty good. It's not the best barbecue I've ever had but for what we paid and what we got we were very happy. We ordered the baldies extravaganza I would recommend this over other items as you get lots of food for 55 bucks you can't beat that in the barbecue industry. And also my wife ordered the lemon drop cocktail and let me say wow that is a winner all by itself. Also I would like to add when you sit outside you can have your dogs with you and they bring water bowls to the table that is definitely an added plus Good going baldy.

Went to Baldy's mid afternoon, midweek. Wasn't particularly busy as expected, that time of day. Got seated quickly, service was timely. Food came out hot and delicious. Worry that time of day, but fears were not warranted. Everything was great !! Will definitely be back !!

Good BBQ, large beer selection and it was a cool place, lots of outdoor space and I side is nice.
I had the burnt ends which were real.good. they cut their brisket is big chunks, wasn't expecting that but tasty.

Legitimately one of the best BBQ places in Central Oregon. We picked up food here just after getting home from a trip and I was a bit disappointed in the amount of fat that I received in my brisket order. There was a significant amount of food, unfortunately what was actually edible was minimal. The ribs were great. The sides were all delicious. The smoked wings were devoured by our kids. All around great food and vibe, just bummed at how little of it I was able to eat.
