The Bellevue location has been shorten their opening hours and closed on weekends since pandemic due to lack of staff. When I went to pick up my order at 2pm, the door was already locked. I think the lack of ingredients? And staff definitely put a toll on the store operation. Hope they can hang on there and survive because Jimmy John's is my favorite subway place.

Unfortunately had to change my review. This location becomes abysmally slow during lunch rush to the point it's simply not worth coming. Freaky slow.

We've tried going to this location twice in the post month for lunch and they were closed.
I just looked online to see about a Mother's Day quick grab and go lunch and it says they are closed.

You guys close way too early. It’s still super bright out so I assumed you would still be open, but nope.

How could they get it so wrong? First they’re out of French bread so they only had mini rolls, half the size of normal. Whatever. Ordered a slim 6 and a tuna unwich and went on my way. Opened the slim 6 and they’d given me a lil John and there’s no way kid would eat it. Drove back and waited for them to fix it then left. Got to my destination again and opened the tuna and it’s so full of onions I couldn’t take more than 2 bites. I’m talking full of onions. Complete waste of money and time and some of the people who worked there were even so rude. Ugh! Money down the drain.

What happened to fast delivery? Over an hour to get food? Just get delivery from a 3rd party or order at Home Grown if you are in Redmond!

Okay, it's a sandwich shop. Freaky fast for delivery...without a doubt. The bread is a little chewy for my liking but the flavor is good. Wish they added more meat to the order for an $7 sandwich but I see why they skimp on the meat, I mean, how else would they make a profit supporting a staff of 10 on a shift?
