Went out for lunch... initially was skeptical to sit as could see an empty restaurant but got a nice and warm welcome. Soup of the day was served and was awesomely hot in this cold weather. Noodles and ginger chicken freshly made with green salad side was fulfilling and yumm.... will visit soon again

Been going here since 2004 - a great family business on the plateau. I’ve always been served with kindness and warm welcome here. More recently I’ve ordered takeout often due to covid and they’ve kept up with the change. The food is always ready on time and hot! Thank you Lanponi!!

I really wish to like this place. Their food isn't bad but the guy at the front isn't friendly at all. He was pretty curt and rude. We tried to be amicable and polite but after a few times there, I realized they just don't like us with little kids. I always try my best to make sure my kids behave reasonably especially in restaurants. I hope they understand they are operating their business in Sammamish where there are a lot of families with little children and not Capitol Hill.

I highly recommend AGAINST the panang curry noodle here. The noodles are like spaghetti, bean sprouts are sour and soggy, and they used what looks like canned and frozen vegetables only. It tasted sour😭 and the consistency was like soup, not curry. I hope I don't get food poisoning from trying it. Honestly, I would probably steer clear of all veggies here, if you must eat from this place.

The best local Thai on the plateau! Food is always very good, staff is always friendly and courteous. Since re-locating back to the plateau my wife and I love to treat ourselves to Lamponi at least 1-2x/month.

Absolutely love this Thai restaurant on the plateau. Great egg rolls, Phad Thai, Penang curry chicken and noodle dishes. Go now as we talked with the owners and they will be closing 11/31/20 due to retirement

I was very disappointed that our to go order had undercooked pot stickers. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and unfortunately didn't realize this until after I had ate one. Hopefully I won't get sick... I would love to give more stars as the food is good... Its just unfortunate that this time our to go order was not done properly. We're also missing an order of rice, and they got my mother's spice level wrong for her meal...

Wonderful food, good service. I've transitioned from Chinese food to Thai because it feels less heavy and oily. This place did not dissapointed. The Mongolian beef and garlic basil fried rice were amazing.
