Round Table Pizza

My visit here was mediocre. I visited with my family around 6:30 pm on a Monday night. It wasn't crowded but there were calls coming in so we waited to put in our order. The tables were clean aside from one which remained dirty for the entire time we were there. The pizza was fine, we ordered half cheese, half pepperoni. The pieces weren't cut all the way so we really struggled trying to serve. The pizza itself was fine.

I really want to love this place. The pizza isn't great, but hey...all you can eat, right? The past two times I was here there were only three selections available, one of which was the desert pizza. I waited for something fresh. One pizza came out and was quickly devoured by the customers who had been patiently waiting. Back to waiting. The dining room was unclean. There were 5 or 6 tables that needed to be bussed and cleaned. Only one table available. It was sticky. Yuk...

I haven't been to a round table Pizza in years, happen to be in the area and craving pizza, the toppings were great, that's a pizza overall was so so. Their garlic breadsticks however we're really good. Also the service was great. they do have a small arcade in the restaurant, but many of the game is were disabled or in my opinion it's pretty pricey for what you get, there are plenty of other pizza places with betterin my opinion it's pretty pricey for what you get, there are plenty of other pizza places with better deals and better Pizza in close proximity

Clean, well-lit with friendly employees. Nobody was over 21, so they couldn't serve me a beer, but they kindly made me a custom pizza for the all-you-can eat table. Salad bar was great, except I could have used a couple pickled beets. Main issue was some kind of strange technical problem with the pizza. Crust was great, but there was no flavor! Maybe it's the sauce. Flavor-free, not even enough salt. And, way too much cheese. After a while you kind of gag on it.

Normally, I'd be quite pleased with Round Table. However, my recent trip to the lunch buffet left much to be desired. While I don't expect their highest quality fare during this time, I don't think it unreasonable to have the goods ready and available for all of the patrons present. While there was a fair amount of folx in the restaurant, I have to wonder if the place was understaffed as once a pizza if any kind was laid out under the buffet, it was not only gone in seconds but there seemed an interminable wait for the next one to come out. Usually, I've seen 3-4 different pizzas out at any given time, but this time around they seemed only to trickle out at a snail's pace. Further, it seemed that the salad bar was missing ingredients and/or was empty of the containers that were put out. I had been looking forward to my visit all week as a little treat but, all-in-all, this visit last Friday was a disappointment
