Costa coffee crew very helpful.

A must do stop whatever the hour to use the facilities, shops, and food outlets whilst travelling from Carlisle to Norfolk.
Has electric vehicle charging points and plenty of parking.
The toilets are always clean and well kept. The fast food outlets can be hit and miss. The shops and Costa always keep to a good standard.
The fuel is extortionate up to 20p a litre more!!! Try to find somewhere off the motorway.

Toilets as usual stink but overall facility clean and friendly. Even new GRIDSERVE chargers worked perfectly. Made Scottish trip soooo much easier. Thank you

As services go, this was pretty decent as a stop off mid journey, my main criticism would be a lack of parent/child bays. Or if they had them, they weren't very well signposted.

Too busy, though, took ages getting in and then even longer getting out of the car park. Really nice place to stop to eat, but if not wanting to stop for too long, I would avoid it. 🤦♂️

We spent over 3 hours here waiting for pickup after breaking down so got a feel for the whole place. Lots of different food vendors as well as WH Smiths and M&S and big clean toilets inside. Everything was service station prices but that's to be expected. Definitely enough to pass the time, just wish the dog was allowed inside when it started raining on us!

Very tidy, parking is a little hard to work with and navigate, but there none the less. Amenities were clean. The Burger King was typical, slow, missing items and staff that don't care much.

Good facilities, clean toilets, and a cash machine should you need one.
As usual food and fuel at these places is over priced 😏 but we all know that.

A decent busy service station with limited parking I'd say however it had friendly staff, clean restrooms, great food (Costa coffee & West Cornwall Pasty Co) & a nice vibe 😁
