Today was my first time eating at this restaurant. I was there with my ladies motorcycle group, the Stilettos On Steel, for our Christmas party! Unlike the Cheesecake Factory, Genghis Grill was very accommodating and friendly!! The service and wait staff were AWESOME!!! I will DEFINITELY be returning!!!!

Had to wait about 15 minutes to place my order with waitress because they were very busy tonight when I came in at 8pm. Once I built my own stir fry I had to wait 15 more minutes for my order to be cooked. Definitely worth the wait though

One of our favorite places to eat in short pump. Love that you can either make your own bowl or pick from their menu. I get the kids teriyaki often as I don't like brocolli amd add extra ginger. When I get an adult size it's usually two meals for me. My daughter liked her orange chicken bowl and my husband enjoys making his own bowl. You can do noodles or rice as your base. Plenty of vegetables and meat options. I just wish they had better drink options.

Noelle was amazing!! Hands down she gave the best service! The food was also great! Noelle also took off the quesadilla that our daughter didn’t eat. She made this experience extra extraordinary! We’ll definitely be going back!

Must try. The place to go, great food choices if you know your taste bud reaching full pleasure. Make your own food bowl that will have to go back for more. Quiet atmosphere, wonderful waitresses during my visit here and before in Dallas, Tx a few months ago

The server was friendly and personable. I enjoyed watching the Sioux Chef prepare multiple meals at a time. I hadn’t visited in a few years. You chose which size bowl you’d like along with the starch. You then walk up and build your own bowl. Meats, chicken, seafood, vegetables, herbs 🌿 etc. Pile it on 😁 Choose your sauces on the side and give your tray to the Sioux Chef. When your meal is ready your server delivers your bowl to you. The bowl was tasty.

This is one of Short Pumps hidden gems! I like to call it Mongolian Hibachi. 🔥
Pile as much fresh ingredients in your bowl as high as you can and take it to the cook. A few minutes later delicious food comes to your table piping hot off the grill. My waitress Zamayra was super awesome! She answered every question I had and was really knowledgeable about the menu. She made me feel welcome and comfortable during my dining experience. I will definitely be heading back in the near future.

I have been here before, but this is the first time I saw a random bug on the trays. Also, they ran out of sausages and it wasn't even dinnertime yet, still lunch. This is definitely not the usual experience. The food is great and the server remembers me when I return. The large bowl is a good value because I always have enough to take home what feels like a second meal. I would recommend checking it out if you haven't already 🙂
