Food was actually really fantastic especially for an airport restaurant for breakfast. I got the wrap and breakfast potatoes and I wish that was a place I could regularly go back to for it

I was pregnant when I came to Virginia to visit my sister and I came here before getting on my flight back home. The staff here picked up that I was under emotional distress and did everything possible to cheer me up and make me feel good. They were happy, cheery and dancing around. Memorable experience and food was pretty good considering it’s an airport restaurant

Great employees. However, they are not allowed to change TV station to one actually carrying football game on Sunday without a MIA manager. Helpful advise: empower your employees, get better ratings.

The bar tender service was amazing with a full house. The staff have perfect communication with each other. One of the most interesting aspects of the restaurant is the ability to talk to each. I love positive people

Kea is awesome!! We spent a few hours here waiting on our flight out for Thanksgiving and Kea was very fun to talk to & super attentive. Will definitely be back because of her!!

Our server, Armando, went way beyond what was needed to provide exceptional service. Breakfast service had been discontinued, and lunch was being served. My husband and I wwere Breakfast service had been discontinued, and lunch was being served. I was not really hungry for lunch, but really a good breakfast before our flight. Not gonna lie... Kea is the best server I have had in approximately forever. Attentive, personable, and gave great recommendations on what to order. The food was great too, but Kea's service was what made this a great dining experience.

Cross Grain Brewhouse in VA is a fantastic find while waiting for my flight! The beer selection is top-notch, and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend it for a great night out. Thank you server Winston for the excellent service.

We arrived at the airport quite early and wanted to stop at a place to get a bite to eat and some drinks. We found seating pretty quick and Whitney was coming around to help us shortly after sitting at the table. She was super sweet, helpful, and attentive. I ordered tenders with fries. Both were good. Whitney recommended a wine to my husband which he liked. Overall, given we are at an airport, I was pleasantly surprised on the service and friendly atmosphere I encountered. Whitney is great!
