The dim sum was above average and was very delicious! Would highly recommend the custard steamed buns as they were one of the best parts about dining here. The dim sum is a bit pricier compared to other restaurants in the area. Just a general heads up, but the parking here is a bit hard to navigate.

Forgot to take pictures as I was more focused on getting the food into my belly 🙈 The dim sum were all top notch. It doesn’t look like it but I really enjoyed the custard 🐷 buns LOL. We also got the truffle lobster crispy rice roll which was absolutely delicious. Never had something so unique and tasty in dim sum before. The environment was busy but clean. The service was efficient. Would definitely recommend if you want to experience a “fancier” dim sum place!

Expensive with poor service. Creative dim sum, but taste below average. Too crowded between tables with poor air ventilation. Parking lot is crazily busy at weekend lunch time. One try is more than enough (there are more better choice in Richmond). Summary: disappointed.

Don’t let the cute and innovative dishes fool you, the quality and taste were top notch 👌 The piggy custard buns were not only adorable but had so much filling, and not too sweet. The steamed egg white shrimp dumplings were surprisingly good! The truffle lobster roll were filled with shrimps as well. And the shiu mai weren’t greasy which I liked. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Really fun dim sum to try but a bit more expensive than usual places. Parking was a pain and further to walk to. Ok service, they hurry you out if sitting over 1.5 hours. Enjoyable overall! Will try more dim sum next time

Writing this review upon a second visit to Fortune Terrace. Both visits were filled with delicious, high quality, and unconventional approaches to classic dim sum. All dishes were with aesthetically pleasing presentations. Serving was timely and accurate. Reservations were required. Will return again soon.

This restaurant has fancy dim sum, different to your usual dim sum favourites. I didn't particularly rate the food, especially for the price that you pay. Some of the food was good but there were some that I didn't like at all. Don't expect good service if you don't speak Cantonese or Mandarin but I guess that's redirected at most dim sum restaurants. We asked for water, chili and soy sauce and one of the servers complained to the other servers that we were asking too much. One of our friends who was with us and speaks Cantonese told us this. I don't think I would return here but it's good to try at least once.

If you drive, park at the Grey or Green zone then register your car plate at one of the pay stations! The Grey zone is 180 minutes free parking and Green zone is only free for 90 minutes. The Orange zone is PAY parking. The Chinese name of this place is called 福滿樓. It has been around for several years. Both lunch and dinner are never disappointed. We came here on Saturday after 10:30am for dim sum. The place is almost full at 11:30am. So come early on the weekend. They do have good dum sum selections and some of them are unique. We have tried a few today. Their Abalone Shui Mai 鮑魚燒賣comes with 5 pieces but only one of them has a tiny abalone. The other 4 pieces have truffle paste on top. Nowadays many dum sum restaurants like to put truffle paste on top of shui mai. TBH, I don’t think those are real truffle and for sure they don’t taste real. It doesn’t enhance the favorite. I guess the main reason for this is the restaurant can charge you more. If you ignore the tiny abalone and truffle paste, the shui mai is really good. They have a few rice roll 腸粉dishes but not the usually one. They have Bitter Melon Angus Beef Rice Roll 涼瓜安格斯牛肉腸粉. Come on… why pair bitter melon with angus beef? So we didn’t order this. We have ordered Truffle Lobster Crispy Rice Roll 黑松露脆皮龍蝦腸粉which is very good. I’ll come back for this. Their Sticky Rice 糯米雞and Steamed Goose Plam 鵝掌are also good. The Steamed Spareribs 蒸排骨and Beef Ball 牛肉are above average. The service is what I expected from normal dim sum restaurant. Food came fast and price is reasonable too.
