Why isn’t there an option for NO STARS?? Came here 2 weeks ago to eat and watch kids hockey game and one of the servers practically bit my head off for not showing my COVID vaxxed pass at the entrance. There was no sign to tell me to wait before entering. There were several “reserved” tables that remained empty for an hour after the booking time (Signs said 6:15pm). We found a table in the corner. Had menus thrown at us and absolutely no efforts made to answer questions about any other seating or food. Well, unless you want eyes rolled at you. 🙄 Then I called today to try and reserve a table and surprise - all of a sudden they don’t take reservations. I guess you need to be a regular and in the manager’s good books to get that extra special privilege. I would rather sit in the cold rink instead of the unnecessary rudeness and attitude and not to mention the stale smell of grease in your clothes. HARD PASS

Service was below average. Servers would chat with fellow staff rather than serve patron's food. We ordered a pizza with the works. Crust was made in-house. It was pretty thin which was good and the texture was even better. This was the only good thing about it. Cheese was definitely not mozzarella. Taste was a bit weak, probably because there was not that much sauce in it. We can tell our pizza sat in the kitchen for a while before it was served. It was slightly warm and the bottom of the crust was already steamy and a bit moist. Definitely not a place to get good food.

Service was below average. The servers are not terribly friendly. But what can you expect from a bar at an ice rink. Food for the most part is pretty good considering the location. So overall the place is not the worst. Downstairs at the rinkside grill near the entrance, there is an older Caucasian lady with glasses. She clearly doesn’t enjoy her job, and has an incredibly poor attitude.

Food and atmosphere was great for the location. The service was terrible. Its like the mandatory tip makes it okay for the servers to give bad service. My friend asked "can i have some utensils?" nicely and the server says Pleeeeease. Very rude. Other than that it is a great place to watch sport games.

I gave this place five stars, which you might think strange for a Bar located above a community ice arena. Just hear me out. Yeah it's a bar. They mostly have bar food. What do you want seared Waygu? I had the best Butter Chicken I've ever had in North America here and if that doesn't appeal to you the cod sandwich was also excellent. The staff is as friendly as they come in a nation already famous for friendliness. The service is lightning-fast and the whole place is bright and spotlessly clean. Shayla the bartendress knew the menu inside and out and took my order within seconds of me sitting down. This place is like the platonic ideal of a rinkside bar. They should make more like this.

The food was great and the atmosphere is fun but the service could use some help. Servers get overwhelmed when games are finishing and everyone is clearing out at the same time, it can take a while before someone acknowledges you. But the owner is super sweet and will apologize in person if the service takes a hit.
