Pizza Hut

I had to wait like 50 minutes, and despite asking for extra pizza sauce, it was like I got none. Why do so many pizza store owners go stingy with the sauce?! If you want pizza hut, goto the one on westminster and cooney (I think its cooney), the one just a few blocks south of landsdowne mall. They get my orders right every time and normally take 20-30 mins for 4 pizzas, not 50 for 2.

This place has gone downhill. The past 5 times (in the last 3 months) I've tried to order from here, I've only been able to place an order once. Every other time they've been unable to deliver for various reasons... out of pizza dough at 6:15pm on a Friday is ridiculous. The stupid thing is that there is actually a closer Pizza Hut to my house (10 minutes away) but since each location has a designated delivery area, they were unable to deliver. It would be good if one location can't deliver for some reason, another location can take over that area for the night.

I had a very bad experience on 10th Apr 2021 around 1130 pm, I had called Pizza Hut near my location but it was transferred to a call center and I had placed my order. The amount was confirmed $42. ?? by the call center staff and said the order will arrive in 30mins. As time passed by, I did not receive any delivery and when I had called them to check on my order, the automated voice said its closed. I was confused and it was too late to order any food from elsewhere. I was very disappointed and next day morning I had called them back curious to know what had happened and again it was answered by a call center staff. She said that she could see the order on the system but not sure what had happened, so she tried to connect to the store but again no answer so then she had transferred me to the head office. A gentleman who took my statement and contact details had apologized to me and said he will check with the store and let me know what had happened. Now it’s over a week and not heard back from either party and I am very disappointed with their service, therefore we could never rely on Pizza Hut again with any future orders. Does this mean that once we place an order, we should call them back again to confirm if they will deliver it...? ZERO Star for this kind of service.
