Whats happened to BK, it used to be the king of fast-food burgers. I'd always get a random BK craving every couple of months and with Covid had been getting it delivered, always to be severely disappointed with ice cold food or the wrong order. I put it down to nearly every restaurant being staffed with 2 staff max.
Anyways, covids old news and rawdogging fresh air is back on the agenda so I decided to head to BK for dine-in today. Ordered up and waited about 10min for what I was anticipating to be a fresh, hot, flame grilled burger.
Oh was I wrong, I'd of had a warmer burger if I cooked it on the hood of my car. The cheese would have had a better chance of melting if I put it under the band dryer in the bathroom. I can't justify anymore chances after this BK, a fast-food chain of the past, unable to keep up with the rest.

Great food bur it took forever just for my order to be taken. It's like they have the people working the till, working the fryers and bagging, too... Definitely seems like they're under staffing

I would rate zero if i could. Ordered twice with Uber eats, and they cancelled on us without reason. First time it was on Canada day as well. We got a credit from Uber eats because there was a delaty then they cancelled our food. Uber eats said they ran out of some items which sounded like bs. I thought maybe that was a one time thing. Today, again. Pls, it is fast food, not a 4 dishes formal course meal. Who cant manage fast food on delivery? What a joke.

I bought 5 burgers on JUN,09,2021. One of burger had green mold on bread. It was so disgusting.

Polite and friendly people. New and clean restaurant.
Foods are not relay amazing and not sure why.
Usually whopper burgers are thick and juicy, but this one which we tried was very dry, and like cheap frozen ones.
Onion rings and Fries were fresh and tasty.

Happy Canada Day, I strongly believe that all same race people Don't work in multi culture canada, place is dirty even staff were cleaning the tables but no one were looking on the floors, Burger King you can do better.

We went there in the lunch rush, they were extremely busy. But employees were holding to everything really well. I was amazed that food also tasted so good. This visit a surprise for me as compared to my last visits. Good job
