This has to be the best donuts all around. These are not round small cakes. These are yeast dough donuts, light, airy, and so delicious! You can get filled, cream, jelly and curd. These are awesome donuts. And get "HOT AND FRESH" these are great with the ice cold milk they have, or you can have coffee. I love the ice cold milk with the hot and fresh.

Great, the workers served us fast, and nothing was out of stock. The place was really clean. Though we spent a good bit you can usually get your hands on a coupon of some kind for buy a dozen get a free dozen of glazed.

The lady that was running the drive was very rude to me. I asked a question about the chocolate on the donuts. I asked if the chocolate was milk chocolate or something like dark chocolate... the lady helping me asked her however she was standing behind her, and she said, "how are supposed to know what something is made... we don't know", really hateful to me. There was no reason for her to be so rude. My husband can nit have red meat or dairy products, today is his birthday & I wanted to surprise him with breakfast. I was there around 6:40 or 6:45 just to get hot donuts for him. I sure did NOT need attitude that early!!! Especially on a my husband's birthday.
The lady that helped me, was amazing!! She explained to me about the app for Krispy Kreme & what a savings I could get. She helped me get signed up & I saved a lot on 2 dozen donuts!! She has dark hair & dark rim glasses. She was extremely nice to me. She was shocked by what the other employee said.
Very disappointed but grateful for that lady who helped me sign up

I will always and forever love Krispy Kreme. However on this visit do you need customer service was not as good as it could have been. My friend asked about what kind of donut she got for free and two people told her they didn't know and to hold on they would find out but just said we didn't know and left it at that. The lady that was training was okay just a little shy but the lady that was helping her wasn't very friendly. Even though my friend could have phrased what she phrased better the lady could have just Shake It Off and gone on. But again I will always always go to Krispy Kreme.

I seldom go in this store and come out with just that. I went in for 2 glazed donuts and 2 raspberry. Well it did not turn out like anticipated. Instead, I purchased hot chocolate, bulk glazed coffee, 3 chocolate iced and 3 glazed. They were out of raspberry. I must give them props for their hot chocolate. It tasted like the hot chocolate your grandmother would make. The real damn thing. I was shocked. Though I visited Roanoke store and I live in Richmond. I will be visiting my Richmond store a lot more now.

Edit: called the store and the manager was extremely helpful. Put us in the hospitality book and said she would talk to the employee.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a drive through. First of all we were rushed at the order menu. Then, when we got to the window, the girl was extremely rude. Slammed the window in our faces twice and didn’t even say a word to us the whole time. On top of it all, our order was completely wrong. It’s better to order through doordash than go in person.

Coffee is better, faster, and cheaper than Starbucks. Donuts are good and fresh. The cashier Broshia was super nice and made sure our order was accurate, if you read this thanks!!

Used to love kk, but they never have the doughnuts I want, but are clearly advertised on their website and physical menu board. If I specify my pickup location on the app, menu should be tailored to that specific store.
