This lady and the man hiding behind the soda machine was extremely rude and disrespectful! I will never order from there again. She gave me the wrong order and then got mad that I told her about it and slammed the window in my face. Then shoved the food in my hand and slammed the door again. The manager on duty did not care when I tried to explain what happened he told me to leave. I will never be back!

2 weeks ago Arbys Williamson road, Afro lettuce and tomato for 2!RB got one tiny tomato and bunch of lettuce for additional charges of.98 and .98 same just now. Please quit cheapening your product faith is gone.

They were kinda tight with the Arby's sauce at the drive-thru, tho. I only got 1 packet for my double fat guy beef-and-cheese sandwich and 1 horsetrash packet I didn't ask for.

The manager crystal is wonderful she's always in a great mood always willing to help our customers when is the staff there Daryl is always willing to go above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure his customers are fully satisfied
