Sonic Drive-in

So this was always our "go to" Sonics because it was the closest. But a recent experience has made us boycott this location. During our last and final visit not only did they get our order wrong by adding mustard to both burgers we ordered even though I listed no mustard, sending cold mozzarella sticks, cold tots, and they included rotten lettuce on one burger to boot. When I tried to get a refund for the burgers (should've been for the entire order) I ordered I was told that since I ordered on the app that I could only get a replacement of the food. That was a definitive "NO" for me. I called the customer service center and was told that I would be given a gift card which to this day (some 3 weeks later) I haven't received. Be very cautious of what you order at this location...these folks DO NOT CARE about customer satisfaction🤬 ##UPDATE## Since my last review, management kindly reimbursed me for part of my order. While I'm thankful, I'm also reluctant to eat at this location anytime in the near future. I implore everyone to check the ingredients prior to consuming food items there.

This is the worst fast food restaurant in the area. They are always out of something or something isn't working. There are ugly makeshift signs on the ordering station every day. The milkshake machine is never working. I have read that employees will say it is broken so they don't have to clean it. Yesterday the grill wasn't working and still no milkshakes. Out of onion rings often. One day when they couldn't make shakes they said they could give me ice cream, so I ordered a small size. They said they were out of small cups and would have to give me a medium and they said they would have to charge me for a medium! What kind of customer service is that? I could go on, but I suspect this is just a waste of my time anyway. Luckily there are several more options close by, including Chick-fil-a(the best!), Mcdonald's, Burger King and Wendy's.
