Chick-fil-a

I went through the drive through 6/13/22 and the girl that was handing the food out was absolutely RUDE! I paid for my food with a card they usually grab the device so I can be able to insert the card she placed it down with my card still in it she couldn’t even make sure I grabbed my card I had to reach in and grab it. rolled her eyes when I asked for sauce and to top it off she was too busy behind rude that she forgot half my food I had to park and go inside to grab it! This is unacceptable she don’t like her job she can quit!.

Going through drive thru on a Sat. and have now been in line just over 15mins, .and half way there. Was hoping for quick service. I needed to leave the line, because the wait is making me late for work, but can't....drive thru doesn't let you leave. I'm stuck. I really don't like this Chick Fil A.

Usually not one to complain but tonight's encounter was upsetting. This is the 2nd time this month I've ordered a spicy deluxe and had an original patty. Believe me there's a difference that's obvious to tell. Also asked to add an order of cookies on at the window but was told no since I paid already. If I'm literally at the window w a register how can I not do this? For the company that claims to be top notch in pleasing their customers this is far from satisfactory!
