The only reason this place gets 4 stars is because Cliff is so awesome and polite and nice other than that the service bites it is a matter of policy it seems to get at least one thing wrong about your order if you go through the drive thru and no matter what your order it could be a small fry and a small cup of water and no one else in line with you and you got to pull up and wait it don't make no sense. Summary food as good as any fast food is Cliff is awesome service in general is mediocre at best.

Ordered 2 double bacon king's from the Burger King in Roanoke, Al and 2 chicken fries meals. The Chicken fries tasted old and were hard. The burger buns were burned on the inside and it didn't have any tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, or onions and very little mayonnaise and ketchup. Very disappointed.

Way too much mustard on my quarter pound burger two for 5. Staff standing around not really doing anything. Slow as burnt black molasses.. Dining area not clean. Had flies flying around all over the place.

I sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes until 11:00 , I then called inside of the restaurant and was told they close their ovens down ten minutes before closing & that I was only at the speaker for four minutes as if she watched me sit at the speaker until closing .

Unfortunately it was poor. Big gobs of mayonaise on the chicken sandwich...fish sandwich and cheese sticks also weren't good. Fries and drink were ok. Only ate 1/4 of the meal due to starvation.

The employee that took my order could not understand how I wanted my whoppers fixed. After telling her 5 time's how I wanted them and writing it out for her she finally got it
