My husband goes to this McDonald's at least once a week. We have never had a problem until tonight. He orders his food with a coke. He gets to the window, they hand him a sprite. He says nicely "hey I ordered a coke" and the lady very rudely says "well I can't take the sprite back" and then doesn't give him the coke he ordered. I know it's McDonald's but friendly customer service should be given no matter where you go.

I waited 10 minutes to have my order taken and the people behind me went to the other thing and got to order before me. My order was messed up so I had to have them correct it and every single time I ask for bbq sauce I never get it. Honestly I will not come back to this McDonald’s ever again.

This is our regular stop when traveling from Bama to home or the other way around. Very good service, good food, friendly and a big field across the lot to let my boy (giant furbaby) stretch his legs after riding so long.

Good food and fast service.
Such good food that even tree frogs hitch rides to the Rockmart McDonald's on motorcycle handlebars. And then rode back home on my handlebars doing 60-65mph. This little guy was amazing.

Always fast and friendly service. I see the same associates in the drive thru all the time, they are always great. They've never messed up my order.

I ordered 2 number 7’s and asked for the first one to have everything on both burgers and for the second one to only have cheese on both burgers but instead they give me 3 burgers with everything on it and only 1 plain. The boy taking my order did not seem to be paying attention at all and seemed to get mad when I told him I didn’t want any drinks even though I told him I would still pay for them. And on top of that the ice cream machine was broken!

I wanted to post my burger, but I can’t add pictures on Google. This is fortunate for you because I waited 15 minutes for raw food. I work 30 minutes out of town so I got all the way back and realized this. If you’re going to delay orders the least you could do is make it right. Y’all feed me a lot so I’m never quick to complain, but I assume y’all will cover my shift tomorrow if I end up sick from raw ground beef?

I visited this location this morning and I am glad that I did not start eating my food in the car. There was not 1, but 2 pieces of hair fried into the hash brown. I did not visit this place often but I will never eat there again.
