Authentic Sichuan cuisine with generous portions and warm ambiance. As Sichuan food aficionados, we were impressed with the authentic flavors, generous portions, and warm atmosphere. The food is spicy and delicious, and the portions are large enough to share. We highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking authentic Sichuan cuisine in Rotoua. We tried the Chive and Fish Dumplings (15 pieces per plate!) and Fish in Hot Chili Oil (we finished as much as our stomachs allowed and packed the rest!). Both were highly recommended.

Me and my family adore this restaurant. We have been going in large groups for months. We have tried every item on the menu and loved all of it. Everything is beautifully cooked and delicious. Large portions of food. I couldn't recommend to sour and hot soup enough it's so good. My family will just buy the soup to take it home. The only problem with this place is how popular it is. The food is so amazing that it's often full around but you can call in advance to get a reservation. It's so worth it to get a reservation to get in. How busy it is just showes how amazing the food is. Super fast service also.

Very busy restaurant on a school holiday Saturday night - thank goodness we booked! The staff were friendly and helpful despite being super busy, and the owner was there too to serve customers. Food was beyond our expectations - they serve much more than dumplings! Great selection and they were all delicious!! We will be back!
