Bar Italia stands as a timeless and cherished spot in the Central West End, contributing to the St. Louis community since 1983. I had not been to Bar Italia since 2015 and its charm hasn’t changed. the upscale Italian cuisine remains unparalleled in St. Louis. The crab ravioli and mushroom pasta showcased the culinary excellence, leaving another mark on my taste buds. Beyond the exquisite dishes, the ambiance at Bar Italia creates a memorable dining experience. Here's to the enduring charm and continued excellence of Bar Italia!

Wonderful Italian restaurant. Quaint atmosphere. Friendly service. The food was amazing. I had the butternut squash ravioli. It was so flavorful and out of this world amazing!! Great taste of fall. My wife had the seafood ravioli, which she thought was also amazing. The only thing that was slightly interesting was that it took what seemed forever to get our bill. Other than that minor detail it was a fabulous evening with fantastic food, great service, in a quaint restaurant!

Bar Italia is a nice spot in the CWE. The atmosphere outside is better than inside, the service is ok, they aren’t super attentive but you will still get what you need. The food is ok as well, not exactly raving to get back but it’s good for the night. As a St. Louis native I’ve been here before and it’s kinda just the same as always. I will say the best part are the drinks! So you won’t be disappointed going here but you also won’t be excited to come back.
