Pizzeoli Wood Fired Pizza

It's my favorite place to eat in STL, I'm shook I'm only reviewing it now. This place uses local MO vendors for their food it's always fresh and delicious. The people who work here are always happy and engaging, why wouldn't they be the place is lit! You can check my reviews and see I have hit all the main places in town but this is my home.

This place has many outstanding qualities, but it gets an auto 5 stars for one reason. My 7 and 4 year old ate an entire pizza. Yeah they like pizza but this was a LOT of pizza, and they scarfed it. The pizza was quick, the beer selection was good for a small spot, the ambiance was both inviting and low key. The service was on point and capicolla pizza was delicious. We'll definitely be back

We stopped here on a whim and it was worth the stop. The website had an option for reservations but we stopped in. There was a wait for a table inside but we were offered immediate seating outside or at the bar. We chose the bar. The bartender was very friendly and helped us with drink and food choices. I started off with a purple margarita-like cocktail that was excellent. The food we tried was top notch. We elected for garlic knots and an arugula salad for starters. We both chose pizzas with red sauce and they were both very flavorful.

The fact there was a line as soon as they opened might be telling. Pizzeoli is truly tasteful with a relaxed atmosphere. The service was top-notch and the ambience had an Aura of home about it. The Buffalo wings were more unique in being a creamier take on the sauce with a good size to the wings themselves. We tried the Smokestack pizza. Wood-fire cooked is distinguishable, although I would have preferred a stronger sausage taste(but that is just me) NOTEWORTHY: Try the Chili-kissed garlic knots. Everything you expect with a kick to it.

Pizzeoli is fire 🔥 with that impressive oven! Thank you so much for the invitation! Loved hanging out! This is patio vibes ya’ll. They need to make the patio list! AND, all of their ingredients are made in-house! This pizza has zero nonsense ingredients! It’s fresh and delicious! Made with love! You can tell their staff loves to work here too! We love seeing that! All of the food was not only #stlouispescatarianapproved @stlouispescatarians on instagram! We tried vegan options too! Stop in and give them some love!

Pleasant place to have some family dining or one on one time with a friend. My family (party of 10) made reservations the day before and received amazing outstanding service throughout. I’ve been here a few times before and honestly they never miss. From the candlelight scenery to the choices off the menu, overall a great place to visit.
