Sharpshooter Pit And Grill St Louis

First tried this hidden gem during burger week in StL and it was fantastic. My daughter wanted to have her birthday meal here, so went today. It's not often the sides offered at a BBQ place are all good. Fries, seasoned but not salty, onion rings, not made in house but good, green beans, baked beans and potato salad all solid! Turkey or chicken is the true test of great bbq because it can just be so dry. Not here! The turkey was moist, cut easily with a plastic fork. I wish the ingredients for nachos and salads were listed on the menu. Also saw brisket chili as a specialty, should have ordered some to go. Decent wings, the buffalo wings were not hot at all. Also loved their bbq sauces, can't wait to go back and try more things on the menu.

Nice place. The staff was great. The food... was ok. The burgers were juicy, loved that. The fries looked over cooked, but they weren't. They were very good, but a little too salty. The coleslaw was horrible. Peppered and way too much. I will come again though, I'm looking forward to trying something else on the menu.

Visited from out of town for work and wanted some good BBQ…this place did not disappoint! Don’t be alarmed that it’s next to a shooting range, the food was INSANE. My coworker and I did the Pick 2 with brisket and ribs, and we got some smoked wings as well. Didn’t even need sauce because the flavor was so damn good! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My girlfriend got the Pulled pork with BBQ beans and slaw. The meat is cooked over cherry wood low and slow. Dry rub with several sauces on the side. She really enjoyed the food. The place is very clean and has outdoor seating. Prices are reasonable. This is an edit. Our group went for lunch. All but two had different proteins and were very pleased with all the dishes👍👍👍

We had the pulled pork sandwiches, which were very good with smoky taste and good sauce options. Cole slaw was fresh and above average - vinegar style. Side portion sizes were reasonable. The baked beans were exceptional, with very distinctive, baked in subtle smoky flavor, best we've ever had. Overall good price value and dining experience.
