We were seated by the kitchen and the staff was really overworked being Christmas. There were some staff yelling and expressing themselves. Our waitress was very sweet, apologetic and did the best she could with the food taking so long to come out.

We had the distinct pleasure to have had Jennifer Nolin as our server!! Her hospitality along with her personality is second to one!!
Chef Chris Colombini's outstanding presentation of our food was a work of art and Food Magazine worthy!! To say it was delicious is a grave understatement!! They, both, would be better appreciated in fine dining establishments. Their talent is spectacular!!!

Breakfast on Labor Day, 7:00 a.m. hour; wondered at first if restaurant was open. Ordered omelet my way; requested hash browns crunchy, not burned, and English muffin. Please advise wait staff that they can be heard in kitchen; not sure if my waitress was mocking me when she repeated order to cooks. English muffin came out burned; waitress made some excuse about toaster not working well. Upon second serve of Muffin, appropriately toasted, not black. It can be done. Experience reminded me why I'm patronizing other breakfast franchises more often.
