If you want a quick meal this is the place. It's nice not having to wait for them to cook your food. I had not been in some time, saw several new items. I tried the mushroom chicken, it was wonderful.

I always like the food, and there was no wait this time. Even when there is a line, they are quick.

First visit here in quite some time. It’s 8:00 Friday night. I had a dine in experience. Many of the food items looked tired and not abundant. Same story as most places. Not enough staff. Only me counter person. Two people preparing food. One person cleaning.
If you have a pickup order you are low priority. They stand and wait while walk ins are handled first.
My food was below average. I only came here as my first choice restaurant’s dining room is closed.

My son went in to order his food. There were two people behind my son in line, and the employees working at the time took the order of the people behind my son first. Also, they did not seem to know what a cub meal was, forgot to get him his soy sauce packets, and did not give him a fork with his to-go order.

It seems odd to review Panda but this is by far the best one in STL and needs recognition. In a tipping culture, this location is one you WANT to tip (but can’t). The service is always outstanding and the food is always hot and delicious. Always, always pleased with the sunset hills location in particular! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I just stopped in for dinner carry out. On the way out, she tripped and fell on the curb. The nicest woman came out to make sure she was ok and offered to remake all of our food. Most of the dishes were ok, except for one dish that was jumbled up in the fall and the crab Rangoon that had fallen out of the bag. She could have just ignored us, but she went out of her way to check on my daughter and take care of us. All the food was really good and fresh, too! Thank you so much for making our day a little brighter by showing kindness!

The service at this Panda Express is excellent. Jarod was patient as we asked questions and made our order. Lewis did a terrific job cleaning the tables and floors. Both of these men went beyond my expectations. The food was tasty, too!

FRESH FOOD!! Finally a Panda that has fresh food no matter the choice! Only thing that was not good (besides the usual..rice) was the fact they still will not sample - took a gamble on the Fire Shrimp and was fantastic, shrimp were big and FRESH, not over cooked..will be back for sure
