My wife and I routinely eat at Jimmy John's on Baptist Church road prior to seeing a movie at Ronnie's theater. Most times it's a pleasant and tasty experience . Today we were especially impressed by the excellent customer service from our order taker Brittany. She is an asset to JJ and as a frequent customer we really appreciate her professionalism, good humor and courteous demeanor. It reflects well on JJ.

Great sandwiches with lots of meat and fixings. Got a regular size sandwich (Italian Night Club) but was huge. Had half for lunch,half for dinner. Yummmy

I just wanted to say thank you so much, this store has wonderful service and there was a missing item from my order that they made right with a cute note on the bag and an extra goodie. Great customer service! Great staff!

first time coming. Very friendly employees. Especially monét. She's on top of her game and is freaky fast just like jimmy johns motto. 10/10 would recommend to anyone around the lindbergh area.

Jimmy John’s ——— excellent sandwiches.
Beats out Jersey Mike’s and Subway, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Everything they serve seems to be same-day fresh. Restaurant has always been clutter free and clean. Employees at the Yorkshire/Watson Rd location are prompt, not to mention....full of smiles and aim to make for CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Trust their prices are perfect for the product!

Oh ol' faithful, how I love you so. I would give ten stars if I could. I've never had a bad experience with this wonderful sandwich transaction service location. All of the employees at this location deserve medals for their honor. They are more reliable than the 4.3L Vortex motor with the 3L60E transmission, just kickin strong, 500,000 miles no problem, always starts right up. They're on time more often than Japans' bullet train. I ❤ U, never stop being you, and stay golden.

I have never left a review in my whole life except for the mischievous ones. Even though its fast food, they have the best customer service. Zach, the manager is very nice and hardworking guy.
